Shipping
- We ship to the United States. We’re not currently able to ship internationally.
- Yes! We offer free standard shipping for order in the U.S. on orders over $35.
- The shipping carrier depends on the item being shipped and the shipping location, but we usually partner with USPS (preferred), FedEx and UPS.
- Your tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to update once your order is transferred to the carrier.
- Orders usually take 1-3 business days to process, Monday through Friday. We always aim to get them out quickly!
- Once shipped, transit time will vary depending on shipping address and carrier, but in general should take 2-7 business days for the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories generally have longer transit times with USPS. If you have not received your order within 3-4 weeks after ship date, please contact us.
- Shipping and delivery dates supplied on our website at checkout and order tracking emails are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Issues
- If your order has not yet shipped, please email us at hello@joiedesignsco.com as quickly as possible and we'll see what we can do.
- If you notice the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please email us as quickly as possible at hello@joiedesignsco.com.
- We have a short window during order processing where we may be able to correct the shipping label prior to transit.
- Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, we have no way to recall the package. It is likely that your package will eventually be returned to us as undeliverable. Contact us for options.
Drat! Once a shipment has left our shop, delivery is in the control of the shipping carrier. If your order appears to be lost in transit, take action quickly, as each shipping carrier has a time limit on claims.
USPS shipments:
- USPS First Class Mail/Ground Advantage packages typically arrive 2-8 business days and Priority Mail 1-3 business days after transfer to the carrier. This estimate is not a guarantee. Locations outside the contiguous 48 states (i.e. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) can take significantly longer - up to 3-4 weeks of transit time is typical.
- If it's significantly past the estimated delivery date and outside these windows, you may file a request to investigate.
- For lost packages, you can file a claim within 60 days of shipment date.
FedEx shipments:
- For lost packages, file a claim within 60 days of shipment date.
UPS shipments:
- For lost packages, file a claim within 60 days of scheduled delivery date.

USPS shipments:
- If it's been more than 24 hours since your package was marked as delivered, contact your local Post Office to ask them to confirm delivery address/GPS coordinates or submit a package inquiry online. This will help determine if the package was delivered to the correct location.
- If your item was mis-delivered to a location nearby, check with the property owner.
- If your item was delivered to the correct address and you still cannot locate the package, it may have been stolen.
- For lost/stolen packages, you can file a claim within 60 days of shipment date.
FedEx shipments:

UPS shipments:

Returns and Exchanges
- Yes! We offer returns on most unused and undamaged items (custom and final sale items excluded).
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

- Please use our contact form or send us an email at hello@joiedesignsco.com within 14 calendar days of order delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- Ship your return/exchange items back within 30 calendar days from order delivery.
- Unforunately, no. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged because due to their customization.
- To ensure you're thrilled with a custom order, please double check all details of your custom request prior to submitting your order.
